The SOAS Board of Directors and myself have decided to change the required number of tournaments to be eligible to bowl the Grand Finals qualifying tournament from 5 tournaments to 4 tournaments.
This will give 30+ bowlers who bowled their first tournament of the season last month at Roxy Ann an opportunity to bowl the rest of the tournaments and be eligible to bowl the Grand Finals qualifier. The board and I believe this will possibly increase entries over the final three tournaments of the season with additional bowlers deciding to bowl the final three tournaments in order to become eligible and will also increase the number of bowlers taking part in the Grand Finals tournament.
Thanks, Jason

Not sure it is FAIR to change things now for the people that have gone out of their way to make sure they got 5 in. I wonder what happened to the board following the rules they put in place. I will make sure I have my 5 tournaments in like I'm sure many others are doing. Just my thoughts but I'm sure you will do whatever you want regardless of the rules.

Mike, the post deletion was me, not Jason. This is something that needs to be discussed not on a public forum.
Thanks
