Grand Finals Tournament Requirement Clarification

I was asked by a couple of bowlers at the Caveman Tournament to clarify the tournament requirement for Grand Finals. We have made the number of tournaments required to be eligible to bowl the Grand Finals qualifier at 4 tournaments. As SOAS has in the past, we allow all bowlers the option to pay for 1 tournament per season (not bowled) and receive last place points for that tournament. This DOES count toward the number of tournaments needed to be eligible, so bowling three tournaments and paying for an additional tournament will fulfull the 4 tournament requirement. As per our bylaws, the full $75 entry fee for any paid tournament that is not bowled goes directly into the Grand Finals prize fund.

I hope this clears up any confusion or questions regarding the Grand Finals eligibility and paying for a tournament not bowled / points.
